MAINTENANCE

Does your property have on-site maintenance?

Yes, our team is available Monday-Friday, and on weekends for emergencies. 

An item in a resident's unit needs repair. How do they get help?

Please create a ticket via the resident portal or call our 24hr concierge for assistance.

What happens if a resident is locked out of their apartment?

Call or visit with the 24hr concierge and they will call the maintenance team for assistance.

What maintenance is a resident responsible for? (i.e. changing fire alarm battery/changing lightbulbs/etc.)

Our team handles just about everything.

When is general maintenance available?

General maintenance is available Monday - Fri, only defined emergencies are attended to after hours and on weekends.

Does your property offer on-site parking?

Yes. We have garage parking and electric vehicle charging stations as well.

Is your property parking free or paid?

Paid.

Is your property pet-friendly?

Yes. We even have a plush pet spa to help keep your fur-kid fresh and clean.

Do you offer furnished units?

Not at this time, but we do have rental furniture companies we can refer you to.

Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?

Yes. Renters insurance allows you to keep the stress at bay knowing you are protected in case of an unforeseen circumstance.

Is your property smoke-friendly?

No. J Sol is a smoke-free community.

How long does it take for an application to be approved?

Generally, we can approve you the day you apply. However, it may take longer depending on required materials are submitted.

What are my options for paying my rent?

Using our resident portal is the best way to pay rent. 

Which utilities are included in my rent?

No utilities are included in the rent. We can provide you a contact for each service you may need.
